特岗教师计划的深入研究

           随着特岗教师计划的深入实施,特岗教师走进人们的视野,对特岗教师的关注程度也是越来越高,特岗教师在满足乡村教育需求,促进乡村教育发展,提高教育现代化水平,振兴乡村教育,促进教育公平,提升教育质量等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。笔者通过对镇赉县2009年至2018年招聘的体育学科特岗教师深入了解,调查研究之后,对镇赉县体育特岗教师的教学现状和影响镇赉县体育特岗教师教学的因素有了初步了解,对镇赉县体育特岗教师体育教学的发展给出自己的见解。

目前,对镇赉县特岗教师的研究比较少见,对镇赉县体育特岗教师的研究更是没有,本研究通过对镇赉县2009年至2018年招聘的体育特岗教师进行研究,掌握他们的自然情况,了解他们的教学现状情况,把脉镇赉体育特岗教师教学,帮助体育特岗教师快速成长,助力镇赉体育教学健康发展,从而提升镇赉县体育教学质量。

本文通过阅读文献,掌握国内外对特岗教师的研究现状,通过调查,掌握镇赉县体育特岗教师教学理念、教学设计、教学实施的现状,通过课堂观察等多种方法,对镇赉县体育特岗教师体育教学课堂教学进行直接观察,通过访谈,对体育特岗教师教学现状进行测面了解,最后得出镇赉县体育特岗教师队伍及教学现状如下:

镇赉县体育特岗教师队伍年龄结构合理,学历结构高,整体上能胜任农村义务教育学校体育教学工作。

镇赉县体育特岗教师任教学校大多距离县城较远,学校体育设施基本能够满足教学需要,但学校及校长对体育的重视程度不一,体育课时难以保证。

镇赉县体育特岗教师对2011版课程标准比较了解,教学理念新,但在实际教学中受自然环境和学校环境影响大,教学新理念没有落实到位。

镇赉县体育特岗教师教学目标设置符合三维目标的要求,能够做到以学生为中心,能发挥学生学习体育的积极性、主动性,但在实际教学中,对“以学生为中心”和“以教师为主导”的尺度把握不准,对学生课堂身体练习监督不够,学生身体运动负荷量偏低。

镇赉县体育特岗教师教学内容符合新课程标准的要求,但具体教学项目上一般选择对环境依赖程度低,安全系数高,较容易实现的体育项目,教学内容呈现出由易到难直至倾向于考试化的特点;呈现出以田径类、球类为主,体操类和武术为辅,民族民间体育活动和游泳或冰雪类基本没有涉及的特点;呈现出全年以田径类教学为主,春夏季节以球类当中的篮球排球以及体操类、武术类教学为主,秋冬季节以球类当中的足球为主的特点。

教学方法多样化,大多体育特岗教师能综合运用各种教学方法,但以讲授法和示范法应用最常见,很少使用电子白板和多媒体。

教学形式上采用的是班授课制度,没有分层教学或分男女分组教学。

课外体育主要以校内活动为主,主要形式是早操和间操以及校运动会,其他形式课余体育活动几乎没有,学校在课余体育活动的安排上占主导地位。

学生参加校外活动除了全民运动会再无其他形式。

建议如下:

落实国家政策,特别是有关特岗教师工资不低于当地教师的要求。

优化教学软件环境:宏观上的大的外部环境,微观上的小的校内教学环境,打通特岗教师专业发展渠道。

Abstract

With the in-depth implementation of the special post teacher program, special post teachers have entered people's field of vision and paid more and more attention to special post teachers. Special post teachers are playing an increasingly important role in meeting the needs of rural education, promoting the development of rural education, improving the level of educational modernization, revitalizing rural education, promoting educational fairness and improving the quality of education.  Through in-depth understanding of the special post teachers of physical education recruited from 2009 to 2018 in Zhenlai County, the author has a preliminary understanding of the current teaching situation of the special post teachers of physical education in Zhenlai County and the factors affecting the teaching of the special post teachers of physical education in Zhenlai County, and gives his own opinions on the development of the special post teachers of physical education in Zhenlai County.

 At present, the research on the special post teachers in Zhenlai County is relatively rare, especially the research on the special post teachers in Zhenlai County. Through the research on the special post teachers recruited from 2009 to 2018 in Zhenlai County, this research grasps their natural conditions, understands their teaching status, trains the special post teachers in Zhenlai County, helps the special post teachers to grow rapidly, helps the healthy development of the special post teachers in Zhenlai County, and thus improves the quality of the special post teachers in Zhenlai County.

 This article, through reading literature, grasps the research status of special post teachers at home and abroad, through investigation, grasps the teaching concept, teaching design and teaching implementation status of special post teachers in Zhenlai County, and through classroom observation and other methods, directly observes the classroom teaching of special post teachers in Zhenlai County. Through interviews, it makes a survey of the teaching status of special post teachers in Zhenlai County, and finally comes to the conclusion that the teaching team and teaching status of special post teachers in Zhenlai County are as follows:

 Zhenlai county sports special post teachers have a reasonable age structure and a high educational background structure, and can be competent for the sports teaching work in rural compulsory education schools as a whole.

 Most of the schools where Zhenlai County's special post teachers teach are far away from the county seat, and the school's sports facilities can basically meet the teaching needs. However, the schools and principals attach different importance to sports, which makes it difficult to guarantee the sports class hours.

 Zhenlai county sports special post teachers have a better understanding of the 2011 edition curriculum standards and have new teaching concepts, but in actual teaching they are greatly influenced by the natural environment and the school environment, and the new teaching concepts have not been put into place.

 The setting of teaching objectives for special post teachers in Zhenlai County meets the requirements of the three-dimensional objectives. It can be student-centered and can give full play to the enthusiasm and initiative of students in learning sports. However, in actual teaching, the criteria of " student - centered" and " teacher - led" are not accurately grasped, the supervision of students' classroom physical exercises is insufficient, and the students' physical exercise load is low.

 The teaching content of the special post teachers in Zhenlai County meets the requirements of the new curriculum standard, but the specific teaching items generally choose sports items that are less dependent on the environment, have high safety factor and are easier to implement. The teaching content shows the characteristics from easy to difficult and tends to be exam - oriented.  It is characterized by track and field, ball games, gymnastics and martial arts, and national folk sports activities and swimming or ice and snow are basically not involved.  It is characterized by track and field teaching throughout the year, basketball, volleyball, gymnastics and martial arts teaching in ball games in spring and summer, and football in ball games in autumn and winter.

 The teaching methods are diversified, and most special post teachers can comprehensively use various teaching methods, but teaching method and demonstration method are the most common ones, and electronic whiteboard and multimedia are rarely used.

 The teaching form adopts a class teaching system, and there is no hierarchical teaching or grouping teaching for men and women.

 Extracurricular sports are mainly in-school activities, mainly in the form of morning exercises, inter-school exercises and school sports meetings. There are few other forms of extracurricular sports activities, and the school plays a dominant role in the arrangement of extracurricular sports activities.

 There is no other form for students to participate in extracurricular activities except the national games.

 The recommendations are as follows:

 The implementation of national policies, especially the requirement that the salaries of special post teachers should not be lower than that of local teachers.

 Optimization of teaching software environment: macro-level external environment and micro-level internal teaching environment. Open up channels for professional development of special post teachers.

1 前言

 

体育教师是体育教学的要素之一,是保证体育教学正常开展并取得教学成果的必要条,体育教师素质的高低直接决定着体育教学成果的好坏,因此,必须高度重视体育教师队伍建设。镇赉县体育教师队伍建设取得了一定的成绩,但体育教师队伍建设也存在着不少的问题。由于教师队伍成员更新周期慢,造成镇赉县体育教师队伍整体年龄老化,教师任教学科结构不合理,人员总量较多但专业教师相对较少,大量的非专业教师较为普遍,尤其是在体育这个学科当中,除了特岗教师外,体育专业毕业的教师很少。随着这几年特岗教师招聘计划的实施,这种教师队伍结构性缺编的情况得到了缓解,但还没有从根本上解决结构性缺编的问题。

 

1.1研究的背景

国家出台特岗教师计划以后,从2009年开始,镇赉县每年都会招聘特岗教师,截止2018年,已经招聘了10年,10年间,有的特岗教师已经成为教学骨干,有的特岗教师正在茁壮成长,有的特岗教师还在适应新的教学生活。10年间在招聘人数上已经达到一定数量,特岗教师占全县教师比例不断上升,特岗教师为镇赉县的教育事业的发展做出了巨大贡献,因此有必要对特岗教师的教学进行梳理,发现新入职特岗教师的教学问题之所在,把脉体育教学,发现特岗教师在教学过程中的优缺点,给出良方,帮助特岗教师成长,对正在成长期的特岗教师要助力前行,对已成为骨干的特岗教师要分享他们的经验,总结出特岗教师的成长之路。

1.2研究的意义

我国从2006年开始在部分地区实施特岗教师招聘计划试点工作,2009年在全国范围内开展此项招聘,截至2018年,全国范围内除了香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区以外该项目已经进行了12年,镇赉县从2009年开始招聘特岗教师,先后实施了国家特岗教师计划和省级特岗教师计划,目前,特岗教师已经成为镇赉县农村地区补充新教师的主要途径。

理论意义:随着国家振兴乡村战略的实施,农村教育再次成为研究的热点。体育特岗教师从本质上讲就是年轻的新入职的体育教师,随着时代的发展,高等院校毕业的学生有着新时代的特点,这些新时代的大学生走上工作岗位,必然和以往入职的体育教师在各个方面有着差异,同时,体育特岗教师的成长也会符合教师成长的规律。研究体育特岗教师,能够丰富教师专业发展理论,重新认识新时期教师成长的新特点;研究体育特岗教师的教学情况能够加强目前对体育特岗教师教学研究的薄弱环节,为农村学校体育教学研究提供更加详实的依据,丰富农村教学理论,有助于农村教育理论的发展和细化。

实践意义:体育特岗教师多是师范院校或者体育院校毕业的具有专业素养的体育专业人才,一般都有教师资格证书,这说明他们具备了从事体育教学的基本素质。年轻的体育特岗教师加入教师队伍,给教师队伍注入新的力量,增加新活力,这是好的方面,但体育特岗教师经验不足,驾驭课堂能力弱也是不争的事实,研究体育特岗教师的教学现状,特别是发现他们在教学中存在的问题,分析产生这些问题的原因,探讨解决这些问题的对策,有利于体育特岗教师迅速成长,有利于农村学校体育教学健康发展,有利于教育管理部门和培训部门更好的开展教育管理与培训工作。
